Terms and Conditions

By booking with Scottish Wheelie School you are agreeing to the terms and conditions provided
2.
Scottish Wheelie School reserves the right to cancel your course on the day, without compensation, if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3.
Scottish Wheelie School instructors will provide training on the day of the course. If these instructions are not followed and safety guidelines are not adhered to, Scottish Wheelie School reserves the right to cancel your course without refund.
4.
Participants are not liable for damage to Scottish Wheelie School motorcycles, given all terms and conditions and instructions are adhered to.
5.
Any changes/cancelations or refund requests must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to your course date
6.
All participants (without exception) must provide relevant safety clothing/equipment.

If you do not bring appropriate riding gear on the day you may be refused participation in the course and no refund will be given.
7.
If Scottish Wheelie School is forced to cancel a course due to extreme weather conditions or technical issues, an alternative date will be offered at no extra cost, providing all terms and conditions are met.
8.
Failure to arrive at the agreed start time will result in missed coaching time. Classes will not be delayed for late arrivals.
9.
Failure to show up for the scheduled course on the agreed date will result in the loss of the £100 deposit. An additional deposit of £100 will be required for booking an alternative date.
Scottish Wheelie School reserve the right to cancel your course if any of the terms and conditions above are not met.
